Welcome to St.Aloysius Middle School

St. Aloysius English Higher Primary School was founded by foreign Missionaries at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral in 1898. In 1941, it was upgraded to High School, by Rev. Fr. Browne who also acquired the present land at Cox Town. In 1946, Rev. Fr. Stan F. Aranjo assumed the office of the principal and completed the present granite structure in 1947. It was blessed by His Grace, The Archbishop Most Rev.Dr.Thomas Pothakamuri and was inaugurated by Sir M. Ramaswamy Mudaliar, Dewan of Erstwhile Mysore State.
