Attendance on the Re-opening day after every vacation is compulsory. All the students are expected to be regular and punctual in their attendance at School, including games and sports. In case of failure the following points should be noted.
- In case of prolonged illness children may be kept at home. Leave application for illness must be validated by the Medical Practitioner.
- In all foreseen, cases, such as marriage, religious ceremony, leave of absence must be obtained before hand from the Head Mistress. Students are not allowed to pilgrimage during School days. They can do so during the Dasara , Christmas and Summer holidays. -Up to 3 days leave is approved by the Class Teachers. 15 -Up to 5 days leave is approved by the Head Mistress. -For more than 5 days is approved by the Manager
- Students must be punctual. Those who come late or who have been absent on the previous day must bring the late attendance or absent record signed by their parents or guardian. Late comers are liable to lose their attendance for the day.
- Attendance at the Religious Instruction classes for Christians and at the Moral Science classes for others are compulsory on all days when these classes are held.
