Every application for the transfer certificate shall be made at least one day before the certificate is required and shall contain all particulars regarding student’s name, date of leaving the school, examination passed etc..
A duplicate copy of a certificate shall not be given except for good and valid reasons and it will be given only on a payment of fine. TC cannot be issued for the third time.
The duplicate copy of a certificate of attendance and progress will not be granted unless:
- The students progress and conduct have been satisfactory.
- The student has attended three fourth or total working days in the Academic Year.
